There were a variety of things that made the office visit excellent. The main points are as follows:
1. When I was on time for my appointment you were punctual also in starting my appointment. I didn't have to sit around the waiting room endlessly waiting to be brought in.
2. Dr. Greg took his time to explain to me and help me understand the dynamics, stages and procedures I needed to have done on my dental work. He gave me quality time and didn't just rushed through it because busy or double booked.
3. The office was very clean, organized and the staff was very kind and professional.
I can only give Dr. Grady's office the highest recommendation!
