As per usual Jean Claude does a great job with color. However, the rest of my experience was less than satisfactory. I was very late to the appointment as a result of traffic. I did call and was told to come in. They took me anyway and put in the color and washed my hair. Unfortunately they had no one to cut my hair or to dry it ( even though I had called to confirm that I could be taken and was told I would have 80 percent chance of having a haircut. ). Finally I dried my own hair and left.

Shana took the time to call me twice before the appointment, and exchange countless photos over Instagram to get an idea of what I wanted. Then at the appointment, she took the time to sit face to face and understand exactly what I wanted while making sure it was something that would look best and work well for me. The best color I've ever had and Shana is the sweetest person who makes you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk in!
P.S. the salon is serious #goals. So gorgeous and cozy!
