I've been going to OSD for a few years now and have never had a single complaint. Dr. Zavala is one of the best dentists around and his staff is incredible. I recommend them every chance I get.

I'm new to the area and in need of a dentist, Dr. Zavala was referred and I decided to give him a visit for a tooth extraction. I was treated like a long time client of Old Settlers Dental, the staff was great!!! Dr Zavala was gentle and professional, I felt no discomfort nor pain.

The area was clean. When walking in they did not explain to me the different options for eyelashes or what to expect after being told it was my first time there. The eyelash tech did explain to me in short of my options and did show me a display of the different eyelash lengths available. During the appointment I kept feeling some burning in one of my eyes but thought perhaps it was just because by bottom lashes were being taped down. At the end of the appointment I opened my eyes and the one eye was burning even more. When I told her she handed me the fan and told me to hold it at my eye and that it was the glue that had gotten in my eye. I feel like that should not have happened and could be dangerous. Upon leaving I was given a piece of paper that had directions on what not to do but was not told how to maintenance my lashes etc. At check out I asked if i could be signed up as a member and that i wasn't sure how it worked. They lady explained again vaguely what all a membership entailed, handed me the member contract without explaining it until i asked more questions. At the end of the transaction she didn't ask if i wished to schedule a time to come back in for a refill. In all the experience was not too bad the staff wasn't rude they were just not interested in being there or wanting to give decent customer service. I have only had the lashes on for a few days and have seen a few fall off already.
