I was referred by Dr. Micheal Thomas for a root canal and crien. I have two dental insurance plans. The office ran both of my plans and quoted me a price of 200 plus dollars. I paid the amount quoted then I received a bill for over 1000 and most recently another bill for 500. Very disappointed. I still have the semi permanent crown in place as I thought my quoted, signed price was all I needed to pay.
