Ms. Morgan, I apologize for your experience(s). Although wait times are something I am working on, your 2 fillings as you described before you left, were perfect. If they are currently not perfect for any reason, I will restore them at no charge to you.
In the meantime, there are thousands (literally) of people who are very happy with their dental visits and experiences with me (regardless of here or anywhere else I have worked) and I am collecting video testimonials to share with the public and these will be available in the next 2 weeks on my new website.
Next, I am introduced several times before patients see me. And, prior to entering the Dental Operatory, I do personally introduce myself. It has been a protocol I have utilized in the many dental practices I have worked in and owned since 1998.
In closing, I apologize, once more, for your experiences. I wish you had told me or someone about the first worst service, so I could have had a chance to improve your second visit. It is our purpose to provide excellent service for every patient during each visit. Having said that, your perception is my reality. And, I will utilize your criticisms to better myself, my forming team and my practice so that I may best serve the public. Thank you.
