I was shocked at my bill when I left. I went home and saw the ointment sells for around $8.00. I can't imagine what your costs are for drops of stain. It is discouraging to walk out with a bill like this for a smaller issue and was told to come back for a follow up. I will be back if there is still an issue but not to just take a one minute peak and billed another $35.
I also felt that while the doctor was giving me valuable information on new treatments available for heart warm, intestinal parasites etc., that was not why I was there. As I told her I just received my 6 wk pkg, I felt it was a sift sales pitch and nit comfortable. I don't think I would go back although the doctor is very sweet. I felt it was a business transaction.

Dr. Anne was thorough and professional. I liked her, maybe because she was unafraid of my 100-lb. German Shepherd/Malinois mix; even some male vets have been uneasy at first about about my dog. She did not try to prescribe anything fancy or expensive for my dog. I like their location. I'm a snowbird, but Dr. Anne will always be our Naples vet.

Dr. Anne has been wonderful.
She is professional and you can see she genuinely cares about the animals.
Dr.Anne has been very understanding and continues to look after our beloved cat Gypsy.
I would recommend Anne and her practice to anyone looking for a first class vet service.

I feel that Rusty received excellent care on every level. He was doing remarkably well the day following his surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Anne and staff and am grateful to have found them to take care of my wonderful dog!

Dr. Anne was warm and professional on our first visit, as were her technicians. My 100-pound, scary-looking Malinois/German Shepherd dog did not seem to scare her, so Dozier even relaxed. He's almost 7 and needs a teeth-cleaning; I'll take him back.

Dr Anne has always provided us with excellent care. This is the first Vet that any of our dogs did not have some anxiety about visiting. Gracie comes in with her tail a waggin, she knows she is going to receive a lot of love from Dr Anne and staff.
