We do live in the "Customer is Always Right" society. However, it is not usually the case when it comes to healthcare. Every now and again a person walks into our office that has previously been told by another dentist they need a "deep cleaning." This type of treatment, in this area, runs anywhere between $600-$900. So when this same patient sees an ad for "$29 Cleaning" they assume they've beat the system. No reasonable adult cam expect a $600 product for $29!
All our doctors are very experienced and have many years of quality service to draw upon. It is the doctors legal and ethical duty to determine what treatment is best of each patient.
