The "fill in" hygienist was awful. Totally is not the caliber that I have come to expect at this office.
I began to notice her "rough" demeanor when she could not get the chair in an exact position & kept bopping me up & down! She was rough in the cleaning/scraping & when she would rinse my mouth, she would do it slow with the water & then blast it out. What trouble me is that she did not have a face shield on so I asked her why she doesn't wear one when I can see all the water flying up & out at her! She simply shrugged her shoulders! She told me she is OCD & when Dr. Miller came in to review x-rays, he mentioned something to her & she said she understood & would get high anxiety if she did it the wrong way.
This is the only time in 7 years I have had a bad experience. I did have to revisit the dentist as a result. All is good.
