On 11/23 you recommended an alignment, change brake and power steering fluid, and flush the radiator. We did the radiator but took the car to Lundeen Ford for a second opinion. They said the recommended repairs were not needed.

I am not the type of person who brings a car in and expects immediate gratification. I do however expect that the work get done well and I get charged a reasonable fee. These guys do that in spades. They finish the work when they say and they always do it right. Without asking they save the old parts for me to see, shoot pictures of the new parts after installation and explain to me what they have done. There is no hard sell on "add-on" services either. They will give me a list of other things I might consider and that's it. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I used to come to the station all the time after work and wait for my oil change.........but now I can't because of the hours you are open.
I can not afford to leave my car there....
So what do I do ???

I had an appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early and made sure they had my cell. after 1 1/2 hours I went back and saw my car on the lift with the hood up. Figured almost done. 30 minutes later - NO CHANGE to the car status. It wasn't until I went to the counter that they took care of me. 2 hours for an oil change is UNACCEPTABLE!!

However it seems this visit for you took an excessive amount of time. We did experience a very high volume of vehicles this day you were in. This time of year is very busy for us. I will never return to this station. I took my car in for allighnment and the next day my engine light went on? Then I receive email from company saying are you having problems with your engine light on? I don't trust them and will never return. I have had problems with my car since taking it to them.

The technicians were very friendly and helpful, but it came at a high price. The labor rate was at the level a dealership would charge ($625 for labor!). Either that or the amount of time for the repair was longer than would be expected (Can't see it taking 7+ hourse replacing strut mount and struts!).
Great friendly service, but painful on the pocket. I could have taken a half week off of work without pay and done it mayself and still come out ahead if I knew labor was going to be that expensive.
We appreciate the feedback. We understand that for most of our customers, auto repairs that are needed can be very "painful on the pocket". Our responsibility, as auto professionals, is to communicate to our customers what is needed on their vehicles. At that point it is always the customers choice to repair or not repair the vehicle. Our pricing is usually less expensive than our competitors and our customer service, technicians and warranty are industry leading. I followed up with our closest Volkswagen dealership who quoted me $175.26 more than what we charged you for the identical items.
