My 13 year old was due to start phase 2 of her orthodontic treatment, so we had consults with the office we used for phase 1, another office in the area that was highly recommended by some friends, and finally with Dr. Olson who also came highly recommended. We felt like Goldilocks trying out each office and can say without hesitation that Olson Orthodontics is "just right".
You can tell he and his staff genuinely care for their patients from the minute we walked in the door. At our consult, Dr. Olson spoke first to my 3 daughters, learning about their hobbies, schooling, and asking what concerns and questions they might have as he reviewed their X-Rays and his proposed treatment plans for each. We returned two weeks later to begin treatment. My older said the assistant explained every step of the procedure, unlike the office she had phase 1 at. She liked knowing what was being done inside her mouth. She also loved the music that was played in the back office. Dr. Olson and an assistant walked my girls out once they were done. He provided each with a very thoughtful goody bag with soft foods, brushing tools, wax, a magnet of foods to avoid and more. WOW! What an extra special touch.
I was so blown away by the entire experience, I did a Facebook live once we got home, inviting friends to consider Dr. Olson's office for their ortho treatment. (They're worth the 30 minute drive for us!)

Dr Olson and all the staff are always courteous and friendly. They always explain everything in detail and answer my questions thoroughly. I have never had a negative experience there and would recommend them 100%!

Everyone was kind and welcoming! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a huge smile from the lady at the front desk she was very kind! and so was MR Olson and Cheryl! Beautiful souls! I made a great decision by choosing their office!

Excellent first impression! I appreciate the attention to detail during the consultation and the personal connection Dr. Olson and his team provided to my son. My son was apprehensive about his visit before he arrived, but left encouraged and eager to return. We are grateful for the positive experience and look forward to beginning treatment soon.
