I wanted to leave a note regarding the quality service I received in the middle of a heat wave on my 3 ton unit. The team sent over to service my compressor perform their duties with skill and professionalism and describe to me everything that they were going to do prior to their implementation. They were courteous efficient and neat. I would recommend Olympic to anyone who has issues with their HVAC systems.

I had a leak in my water heater and needed assistance immediately. Tom showed up within minutes, assessed, and had his guys replace it the same day. The guys were professional and did a great job of not only installing but also cleaning up and making sure tarp was down where they had to walk through. Dex and the other gentleman (forgot his name) were very helpful and knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend to a friend.

From beginning to end, it was amazing to deal with all the folks at Olympic. Anytime I had a question it was answered accurately, Tom Culianos (the owner) was communicating with me every step of the way, until he made sure I was satisfied first with his answers, and then with the fantastic work his guys performed when installing a new water heater and fixing a few plumbing issues in my house.
