I went into Omagi knowing they do a great job. On this particular trip I knew I was wanting to take a lot of length off. Which was nerve racking but there is no place else I'd trust for a big change! They delivered as always! I left with an adorable pixie style and couldn't love it more!
My overall experience was very good. I liked that Eric Schwartz, the optometrist, assisted customers when the receptionist / front desk employee was busy helping others. Therefore, my first impression was great in that he was not above himself with working front desk duties when help is obviously needed. THe other thing I noticed was that he was very personable and congenial. On my appointment day I was promptly seen at my appointed time and again, I was greeted and attended to with professionalism and friendliness that appeared genuine. Mr. Schwartz seems to have a wealth of information and willingness to share to keep his customers informed about their eye health. I was also impressed with him seemingly to genuinely enjoy his profession. I feel that's a huge plus, as it builds my confidence in his assessments of my eye health needs and that he will deliver quality eye care. I will revisit as long as I'm in the Louisville area. And of course...I just truly love Costco.
Everyone is so wonderful to our family of four legs and two. Bo has chronic neck issues, and I am always immediately scheduled for his treatment whenever it flares up.
