OmBase is a yoga studio for everyone, especially beginners and intermediate students. We offer small classes and dedicated instructors focused on supporting you in your yoga journey, whatever that might be. Classes vary from Easy Does It to Vinyasa, Prenatal, Deep Stretch, and other styles. We also offer other healing modalities such as bodywork, energy medicine sessions, energy healing and more.
