First visit to this office since I moved from Southern California, staff was very friendly and courteous and took the time to explain the different preventative products for flea/ticks and heartworms disease and very clean environment. However, I waited over an hour from the time of my appointment before we got seen by the veterinarian. I have an older dog that has several ailments and I provided a copy of her previous medical records from our last veterinarian in an effort to help the new veterinarian with her past medical history, however they are so busy that the new veterinarian didn't get a chance to review the information to ensure that previous blood work results and current medical condition did not have potential negative impact with the new medications prescribed, which is of a concern. But overall, I will be returning as my fur baby seems to be doing good on the new meds.
We switched to OAH after getting mixed information from another office as well as unavailability for visits. OAH staff have remembered the family even before check in and are always very friendly. They even put up with my human kids a few times when we couldnt keep them at home! We do usually tend to wait almost an hour past the actual appointment time before being seen and their prices aren't very competitive BUT I feel like the saying 'you get what you pay for' is a good description here as I've never seen them cut corners where the animals are concerned and thats what youre really wanting to know right? We trust our furbaby with them 100%
