I felt there should have been some discussion about the cost that was accrued before action was taken.
I'm fortunate that I was able to pay the bill, but this could have been a imbursement if I had not been so.

The front desk should not talk bad about clients who just left in front of other clients in the waiting room. Also, the front desk tend to be short with you can get an attitude if something needs corrected. However, the vets are fantastic!

Onslow Animal Hospital was able to see Abby on the same day as I called for an appointment. They were very concerned and professional, as always. They kept me abreast of what the issue could be and how they were treating her to determine what actually was the issue. I have been using Onslow Animal Hospital for over 29 years and have always been very satisfied with their care of our 4 legged family members. I would readily recommend them to all of my friends and family.

All of the veterinarians we've seen at Onslow Animal Hospital have been great, but everything else could use improvement. I've had issues with appointments several times, and each time I have to prove that I made an appointment or confirmed an appointment while the front desk is convinced that I didn't. I don't like that they take your pet into a back area and out of the room to check their weight. There are a few vet techs that are amazing, and a few that just don't seem to really care about you or your pet. My dog always starts shaking uncontrollably as soon as we pull into the parking lot, and pants and paces the entire time we are there. This was never an issue at vets we have seen in the past, and is not an issue at the new vet office we are going to now. I really wanted to continue going here as Dr. Sheegog is great, but overall service is severely lacking.

We love the staff and Dr Fuchs as our new doctor for Jovie Grace and Annie Moon. We are so glad that we decided to pick Onslow Animal Hospital as our new home for our pets needs.
