I have had some serious health problems for a few years now which have required me to seek out some of the best medical facilities and providers in the country, including Johns Hopkins and MD Anderson. In addition, I work in the health care sector doing employment law, and employee labor and relations. I’ve been involved with countless Joint Commission audits as well. This makes me uniquely qualified to give feedback from both a professional and personal perspective. From start to finish, this has hands-down been a very positive experience. In my line of work, human capital is the most important aspect of any business. Every person that I talked to or met, was positive, professional and very knowledgeable about their field. Furthermore, I never felt rushed or a nuisance to the staff; they went out of their way to answer all my questions and to help me navigate the best decisions for my skin care. One thing that stood out in particular was the staff’s ability to work as a team. Several times, they would speak about their colleague in a positive way and/or to state how much they enjoy working there or with them. It showed through their behavior(s) too and everyone came across as extremely sincere and genuine. In fact, I don’t recall the last time I have seen such a cohesive group working together in private practice. The overall experience was excellent and I will be referring friends and family. I’m also looking forward to scheduling my CO2 skin resurfacing with Dr. O’Neill.

From beginning to end I received the best care during my treatment. Dr O’Neill was thorough and focused on my health always taking careful concern to communicate with me about the surgery plan, the post surgical period and the aftermath to ensure I was 100 percent pleased with the results.
