Overall, it was an okay experience. Even though I’m familiar with Daniel Island, I was new to O’Neill, and it was challenging to figure out how to get to the right facility. I might recommend better signage or that more explicit directions be included with appointment confirmations.
The receptionist in the medical side was super kind and helpful. The receptionists on the cosmetic side were not as helpful. There were quite a few steps that I feel were missed:
- I asked about the membership and they said “yeah, you can do that later” with no information on how to do it. Once I figured out which app to use, they hadn’t given me The info I needed to create the membership profile.
- I was getting an Rx filled and I had to remind them of that so they could get my pharmacy information
- Most cosmetic offices I’ve been to offer a two-week follow-up appointment to ensure the Botox settled in well. Maybe they are just that good, but nothing along those lines was offered to me.
I thought Char was great and would like to see her again.
