Everyone was professional. The showroom was clean and laid out nicely. They had a large selection of frames to choose from.

Dr. Thirion explains my exam results thoroughly, his continued monitoring of my vision, and his steadfastness professionalism. It helps me feel better and confident that my vision health is in great care at One Vision.

Erika provided quality work and was a big help in explaining my insurance coverage. With her help, I was able to select the contact lenses and glasses with ease and I was on my way.

I was very impressed with the Dr on my first visit. The doctor suggested noline bifocils (transision lens) This cost much much more than just single lens reading lens that I have always had. The guy showed 3 styles of progressive lens and reccomend one of top two since it was my time. They had less side blurry areas, I went with the middle one, the top was such a $$ jump up. I did asked if I had issues where the transitions lines where what the policy was. He told me that I had 30 days and they could moves the lines, but if I chose to go back to just readers than I would not get a refund for difference.

I got my new transition lens glasses. I could see well far away and to read but really struggled to find the computer area. I went back and the guy out from said to come back next day to see Dr. So I did. I thought I figured out the issue and discussed this with the Dr. and rather than trying to make things work with my transitions the Dr said lets just put you in computer glasses and you will still be able to read, but I would have to take them off to see people. Which I didn’t want to have do but my distance prescription was so little he said I could go without it.

Even though it was not my choice to go back to single lens, it was the Doctors choice, I still didn’t get a refund for the difference.

I think that isn’t right.

I will never recommend them or come back.

The woman who helped me pick out my eyeglasses was very nice and helpful but that experience was ruined by the unwillingness of the eye doctor to help me get contacts. The eye doctor didn’t want to work with me to find a contact lense brand that I would like, she ruined my experience at the store and was very rude. One vision has lost me as a customer and I will have to start going to another eye doctor for my contacts and glasses because of this unpleasant experience.

I have short thick hair, short, like real short, took over 3 1/2 hours to highlight, root touch and cut. I have never, even with long hair had it take this long, looks the same as when I walked in with roots touched up and a little trim. Not a t all what I had in mind. I call it my 200.00 beauty school haircut. Lesson learned. Don't go back.
