Emily is so sweet and gave me a great cut! Showed me how to style it too!
Soooooooo, is it like a secret club there to know about things? I was told to just go back and get my hair shampooed. I haven't been there but a couple of times...back where? She couldn't show me? And when I get there, there's a bunch of chairs , but only one person getting their hair shampooed. After looking confused, the stylist/shampoo person says to sit anywhere. Ok. Finally someone came and asked me if I needed a shampoo... Really?
Then when we are done, she asks me who is doing my hair and I tell her, she says "oh you can find it right? " which I did, but...again it's too hard to walk me there?
Then while I wait, sitting at a hair dryer...I hear another stylist say to her client, " do you have a locker?" LOCKERS? What? I didn't know you had them at all. Again with the secret Sam club stuff.
I get that it's a busy place and scheduled and all, but perhaps for new, and newish, clients you could show them things?
Kinda feels like a factory and not a salon.
It's such a nice place, but it's missing a beat with the vapid girls at the desk, they are nice, but I am invisible to them. Clearly.
