I have been coming to the Ontario Veterinary Hospital for over 20 years. I appreciate how the staff are always friendly. Also, Dr Wright is always thorough with exams and explaining options so I can make informed decisions on choices of treatmens for my furry family members..

I love Ontario Veterinary Hospital...Dr, Wright is a very good and concerned doc and his staff is also very caring...Caitlyn has been there forever and she is the glue!!! My biggest "complaint is that he is getting more and more popular which in turn makes his office more more crowded and busy...EVERYONE GETS TAKEN CARE OF ..We are spoiled cuz we have been going there so long it's a change!!!and the busier they get the more "rules and procedures"are put in place....they always get you in and try to accommodate your needs and what is best for your pet....I highly recommend this Vet

Dr. Wright is always excellent with my dog. Always explains everything and is very reassuring. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Every time I visit Ontario Veterinary Hospital, I am treated with great respect and feel there

is a personal "touch" given to my dog.

Everyone is helpful and friendly, and it comforts me to know that my dog is getting the best

of care, which is very important to me. The doctors are wonderful and the techs are very

friendly and thorough. And, when you walk in, they have kitties wandering the Hospital, which

gives me a feeling that they are totally down-to-earth. It's a nice feeling!

Awesome, appointment was quick and easy.

Facility was clean, and well maintained. Good atmosphere with the office cats running around.

Vet was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Helped inform us about everything we needed to know.

I brought in my dog for a check up and it turned out to be a diagnosis for moderate heart disease. Now I cannot even put into words the heartbreak I was feeling, but the staff and Dr. Moore were very gentle and very supportive. The staff makes sure that your precious animals are taken care of and they are comfortable and Dr. Moore is definitely an advocate. He could have just said it's due to old age like most probably would, but he ordered tests to get down to the bottom of it and create a solution. I am very grateful for Ontario Veterinary Hospital and it's amazing staff.

The appt was to Drop my cat off for boarding. When I dropped her off, I reminded the receptionist that she needed lab work and asked to have the vet call me as soon as the lab work results were available. I was promised he would call.

The following week when I pick my cat up, I again asked to have the vet call me as soon as possible to discuss the lab work. To date I still have not received a call from the vet.

Additionally, when I went to pick my cat up there was dog feces immediately outside the door. There was also several spots of blood on the floor in front of the reception desk. I notified the receptionist of both and she said she was aware of it. When I left I picked up the feces myself and disposed of it.

Although Dr. Wright is very nice, knowledgeable, good with my pets, and I understand they have hired a new veterinarian, the office staff seems scattered, spread thin, messages are not conveyed, and there is always an excessive wait for service.

We have been going to Ontario Veterinary Hospital for well over 20 years! We love everyone who works there and are so grateful for their professionalism, compassion, and integrity. My pets are family and OVH treats them all like family as well!

The staff and doctors at Ontario Vet Hospital are very professional, caring and attentive. I received excellent services and medical care for my pets over the years and will continue to take my animals to this hospital. Thank you for all you do.
