Loved the girl who did my hair. All looked great except I was not satisfied with the block look still being in my hair after paying $135 plus tip. She is going to heavier next time, but in the meantime the one thing I wanted gone is still there.

Everyone is always so friendly, and I love that it’s very welcoming inside. Savannah is amazing she is very detailed on everything and makes you feel like family with warm conversation. That’s on top of her amazing skills I always feel great after an appointment with her.

My appointment was with Patrick. It was my first hair appointment in Tennessee since moving here and I was worried a new stylist wouldn't get the color right. Patrick nailed it. He even blew out my hair exactly the way my old stylist did without even asking. I'm so happy to have found a salon so quickly!

During mu initial in-store visit on 12/13, things didn't go so well with another associate. However, the next day the store manager David followed up and contacted me by phone to learn more about the situation. I felt heard by David as I was able to explain the situation without being interrupted. During my conservation with David, I also heard someone in leadership whom also showed support for his store associate without becoming accusatory of either side. Strong leadership and good customer service have become a lost art; so I completely appreciate the professionalism of the store manager. Its not like he took a side, he remained partial and wanted to know more how to make the situation right as well as to avoid the occurrence with anyone in the future. Thank you again David.
