Maybe it was because my gums were swollen (so said my hygienist), or maybe it was because the aforementioned hygienist had some pain issues of her own due to a recent auto collision, but yesterday's cleaning was kinda painful. I even bled a bit which I have not done for many cleanings. Even today a couple of places in my mouth are a tad sore.
