Dr. Huynh was kind, considerate , thorough and knowledgeable with my mother who is in a wheelchair. Also his staff and especially the optician and Diba his assistance went above and beyond to prepare the room for my mom and make her comfortable. Thanks

The office is very modern with up-to-date equipment. The doctor is very knowledgeable and thorough. He is very nice and explains well. The staff is also very helpful and friendly.

The doctor’s assistant did a wonderful job in performing her duties. She had the best interest for the patient (me). She listened to my concerns and addressed them or followed up with Dr.David Karlin.

However, the checkout was not pleasant. The checkout receptionist was rude and lacked customer service skills. She was annoyed with questions I had during my checkout; such as: what is the cost of one box of lenses verses 6 months supply verses 1 year supply. She was not helpful, and reiterated multiple times “I’m only following what’s on the paper.” She did not make an effort to go above and beyond the call of duty to provide or offer supreme customer service. I’ve worked in the retail industry, and understand the importance of customer service an d satisfaction. Unfortunately, I do not recall her name.
