From my very first interaction with the office I was impressed. They got me in the next day as I was having a problem. Office staff was friendly and helpful and very cheerful! X ray tech was very thorough and pleasant. Dr Buchan was awesome. I was amazed at how much time he spent with me explaining my issues and helping prioritize what needed to be done. ( I so appreciated that as the last dentist I saw gave me the impression that if I didn't have a ton of work $$$$$ done immediately my teeth would start falling out!) Had my first quadrant deep cleaned three days after that. Jamie was amazing! I couldn't even sleep the night before dreading the cleaning as it had been a while. Not only did I not "feel a thing", but had no pain whatsoever that night - which was totally unexpected. Being one of those fearful of dentists because of horrible memories as a child going to the dentist's office, I highly highly recommend Dr Buchan and his office staff. NEVER thought such caring and pain free dental care was possible! Thank you Dr Buchan and your amazing staff!
