I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before I left without seeing the doctor. When I asked how much longer it would be the girls who had been ignoring me up to this point simply said “we are waiting for the doctor”. I said “was that the doctor who just took another patient back?” I was told yes and when I said never mind I can’t wait all I was told is OK! No apologies. Pretty sad customer service.

My appt was at 1100, I got there at 1000. I was not called back until 1120 - the Dr took another patient at 11 - WTH?? While I was waiting for my fitting, the dr did the same thing to another person who waiting. They had been waiting quite a while, when another person whose appt was after hers was called before her. She asked at the reception desk why that happened they just apologized and said she would be next (abt a 40 minute wait). She was pissed and left. They were short staffed in the morning both for Optometrists and glasses fitters/order takers - only one individual was working each position and people got backed up.
The exam itself was very thorough and I was quite happy with it. I'm hoping my new glasses will allow me to see better than my current ones
