Thia place has gone downhill for me. Follow up is non existent. I was given contacts to try on after my appt, received follow up call and told person I wanted to stick with my usual daily wears. Said she would order them. Weeks past and still no call. Had a Friday off and saw I was down 2,boxes of daily wear which prompted me to follow up, order was put in finally. My appt happened end of July and we are in mid September! This all should have been finalized at least my mid august. Very disappointed
