Waited almost two hours after appointment time to be seen for consult. Still using this doctor for surgery, but I don’t appreciate having to wait so long when the waiting room only had one person in front of me. The doctor apologized for the wait, but didn’t give any kind of real explanation why we had to wait so long. There seemed to be plenty of staff working. My daughter stepped outside the door a couple of times only to see the doctor talking to nurses in the hallway. I don’t see a valid reason for leaving us waiting so long. Not to mention the room was really warm and stuffy. Very uncomfortable. I’ve used this doctor in the past for my oldest daughter and don't recall having issues.
We are very sorry for your wait and try very hard to see patients in a timely manner. There are times when we have emergency surgeries we have to work into our schedule which cause us to run behind. We ask only for people to allow patience and empathy for those patients that need our immediate unplanned attention. The assistants and nurses are involved in that care which requires communication between them and the Doctor. Thanks for your understanding!
