This is our second time here with my cat for similar reasons, and they are wonderful. They let me know exactly what’s happening and what the plan is, and they never pressure me into a decision.

My visit was sad because my cat died. The staff however was wonderful and helped me through the process of taking care of him in the end of his life.

Gwen, the intake person I initially spoke with over the phone, was excellent. She asked me all the relevant questions and was able to determine next steps. She was very calm and informative and kind. The vet who stitched up our dog Maxwell and medicated him after he had been mauled by a larger dog, was also excellent. When we took Maxwell back for stitches and drain removal they were very efficient and methodical about what needed to be done. Our dog Maxwell was taken care of EXTREMELY well by the great people at Orange County Emergency Pet Clinics. I would 100% recommend them. We drove almost an hour from the Pasadena area as all of the emergency vets I called were "at capacity." Gwen had us bring Maxwell in and he was seen immediately on arriving at the Garden Grove Clinic. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Maxwell is doing extremely well.

Great service. Only complaint is having to wait 1.5-2 hours for X-rays. But I understand.
