We have re-evaluated our procedures and have, hopefully, come up with a solution to make sure this doesn't occur again with you or any other clients. Had not established our Vet care in Salem, and needed when our cat became ill. Was able to drop her and give a detailed history on paper and on to work. We returned at the end of the day to get a detailed explanation one on one w/ this tremendous DVM. She spent extra time to answer all our questions, and Dr. Crawford clearly knew from all her experience what to look for. We also appreciated her conservative approach as Plan A.
Look forward to having her and her caring office staff in the years to come.

Boarding a pet during vacation is always a challenge since the pet has no idea why this is happening; and they may return home really distressed. We recently boarded our somewhat-anxious cat at Orchard View Veterinary Center for 2 weeks, and our dear cat came home clean, calm, rested and happy to see us, as evidenced by lots of purring and snuggling. To us, this shows that she was well attended, played with and loved while she was boarding. Thank you for caring and doing such a good job!
We took our cat Milo in for his checkup. As usual, it was a great experience, what I expect there. They are genuinely caring and remember your pet, so they know what to ask and look for. Wouldn't take him anywhere else!
