Amazing doctor and tech! They treated our scared cat with such loving hands and fully explained what they were doing and why. Plus the price we paid was way less than what we were expecting! We loved the experience so much we even made an appointment for our dog for next week!! We highly reccomed this vet!!
The purpose of my visit was to get my pet started on flea preventative, and that is what I discussed over the phone prior to setting the appointment. I was clear that I wanted my pet treated right away because with the warmer weather he was suffering some discomfort from fleas.
When I took him in, however, I was told the office was out of stock in all of the products that would have worked for him. I got better results by going to a local pet supply store and buying something over the counter.
This is a fine place for veterinary care. however in this case I would have needed some checking up front because the main purpose of my visit was not accomplished.
We took our brand new kitty in for his first check. Staff was friendly, quick, answered all our questions and the whole experience ran very efficiently. The room was clean and tidy. They clearly love animals and want what is best for them. I left with a sample and was able to set up my next appointment online. A bit spendy for a quick initial exam, especially when kitty was still too young to do anything, but they made up for it in every other way. Great service, great staff, great vet, great center. 10/10, I’ll be back!
