Valley view treats your animal as though it was there own. With love. I will always go to orchard View because they not only treat your Animal like family but you as well. We experienced both the vet assistant and the vet as capable. Neither introduced themselves to me prior to beginning the exam with our dog. I was in the exam room first and my husband arrived a few minutes later. There were two opportunities with each of us to take a moment to be personal and both were missed. I experience a distance I don’t want. And an assumption that the task is all we’re here for. I am asking for a review of your practices and requesting you implement an introduction by each professional to each pet owner.
