It's difficult to interact with some of the staff because they seem stressed and sometimes annoyed. I ordered contact lenses and they sent the correct prescription for my left eye, but a completely wrong prescription for the right one. In order to get them to send me the correct prescription, I sent photos of the boxes of lenses I received (clearly the wrong ones) and they still demanded that I mail in (expense paid for by me) the incorrect lenses. I verified that they had my correct prescription, which their doctor wrote for me and had not expired. I gave clear instructions in writing over email and also in writing attached with the boxes of incorrect lenses which I mailed in. I waited over a month. Then they sent me one box of my left lenses, the ones I had already gotten correct. I was without contact lenses, and unable to live my life comfortably. I still have not received the correct lenses for my right eye from Oregon Eye Specialists, and I have switched to another contact lens provider and eye doctor.
