At Origami Rehabilitation, our mission is to create opportunities and transform lives. We strive to be the leader in maximizing access to innovative services with exceptional results. This is at the heart of what we do every single day. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, CARF accredited organization that provides comprehensive rehabilitation for children, adolescents, and adults with neurological, developmental, mental health, and orthopedic conditions through their residential and outpatient programs.

Erica was my PT & I think she is the best by far that I have been with!
Listens gives feedback and very informative . During PT she is encouraging and takes time to describe every exercise or maneuver each step of the way. I felt totally comfortable with her . She was gentle engaging compassionate and highly skilled . She’s not only great as a PT ; she’s also a sweetheart of a person!
