My animal got diagnosed and are treating the problems appropriately, the staff were kind and polite.

But I went for a 2:30 appointment and got checked in at 2:50 and it was 4:20pm before I walked out of there. Over 2 hours to tell me my dog has a damaged leg and we Just need to treat the pain. Not impressed.

Less personal experience for the owner as they now do the exam in the back but they are just as lovely as always otherwise and the vet took the time to make sure we had any questions answered. We were wondering about diet and the dietitian gave us a quick consult right then before we left. Excellent clinic and we will continue taking all our animal family members here.

Able to get my dog in for an urgent visit and able to accommodate my needs for payment and communication. Vet was thorough and provided all the information required to make an informed decision. Treatment plan has provided relief to the situation as well. The reception, pharmacy, and other team members were also all very knowledgeable and were able to provide suggestions for what to do while waiting for an appointment.
