Olney-Sandy Spring Veterinary Hospital

5 stars Customer since 2018

Our dog, Neville, truly adores the staff who oversee boarding. And he does really well during his stays. This was the 3rd or 4th stay in the past year. I have nothing but great things to share about the folks who are boarding staff. Thank you.

We had a very pleasant experience. Both Chris, vet tech, and Dr Hoffman were friendly and very professional. They made my dog feel comfortable and were very gentle with her. Dr Hoffman was great in her explanations and response to my questions as a first time breeder. I had heard nothing but good comments about Olney-Sandy Spring Veterinary Hospital from many of the veterinary hospitals I visit as part of my profession and they were all spot on. This is a great practice and I would not hesitate to bring my dogs here or recommend others to do so as well.

The staff is always welcoming and answers questions.

The doctors are very efficient and knowledgeable with a great "bedside manner" for the animal and owner.

it is evident how much they enjoy the pets coming to them!!

OSSVH is a fantastic place if you have an animal as part of your family. The staff is incredibly kind to both humans and animals. The wait time was also very short (always important to not make your anxious pet wait a long time!).

Their price of service is not just high, it's absurd. Way over the top. In addition, there is the constant pressure to upsell for every service imaginable. These "recommendations" are offered with a heavy dose of guilt or emotional extortion to suggest that you're not doing what's right for your pet if you don't avail yourself of them. Pretty certain the work they do is fine but their prices and pressure make them a solid NO!
