Nails were nicely trimmed. There was no wait as a walk in. He is always treated well by the staff.

Kristen, our long time groomer, is an asset to the business. She is the only reason I continue to drive an hour to Oswego (there are many closer veterinarian options near me). Don't get me wrong, I have no complaints about the vet services, they too are top notch.

I normally like going there my dog loves it. The last couple times have not been good. They didn't give my dog one of his shots and the last time I was there they charged me and did a procedure that I did not OK! So yeah just haven't been happy with them lately. Going to give them another chance hopefully it works out!

We always bring Sadie in to Oswego Animal Hospital when she is sick. Sadie is 11 years old but acts like a puppy & gets into food (counter surfs) that she shouldn't eat!! The Vets always take great care of Sadie. Great service!!

It was really confusing which desk to use when checking in and then the receptionists kept going back and forth between the desks. There should be better signage on where to go. The desk when you first walk in was empty and everyone was standing at the newer desk. Just a little confusing.

We have been looking for a new vet close to our home and we couldn't be happier with Oswego Animal Hospital! We were able to get a same day appointment for our senior dog and were very happy with the care. From our first impression of the extremely clean facility, the front office staff, techs and vet were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. We had a little wait, due to an emergency that came through, but everyone kept us informed as to what was going on. Dr. Conrad provided us with a detailed scenario of what was wrong with our dog and what the treatment options were. She was never pushy and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We received a follow up call from the Dr. the next day to check on our dog, plus to give us his test results.
