Our puppy was in distress when we rushed her in on Boxing Day night for emergency care. The staff were all fantastic and caring, she was treated right away. We were given a quote on all of the possible diagnostics and treatment as the doctor consulted with us. She ended up staying for two days and they called us regularly with updates. We took her back for follow-up a week later and again, really appreciated the professional and friendly staff. If they were closer we wouldn't hesitate to use them as our regular vet - it's nice to know they are there for emergencies!
The vet was so awesome at dealing with my very fearful dog. I really appreciate how calm and patient he was with him. He took the time to explain everything in detail and go over options. I didn't feel like I was pressured into paying for any tests or extra medications.
Still waiting for Mioux's 14 cans of HILL's Prescription Diet [Skin/Food Sensitivities (d/d Venison Formula)]... Ordered that & the 8.5 lb dry bag [Venison & Green Pea Formula] on Fri Jan 6/17. Today is Thurs Jan 12. VET Hospital said there's a 2-day order-turnaround [when Mioux diagnosed & prescribed as treatment Aug. 29/16]. You said you'll call when it comes in... I had to follow up to learn there's a supply problem. Mioux nothing to eat; by chance I discovered you had the bag! Staff unable to comprehend dilemma. Based on this ONE episode, "overall feedback" goes from 10 to 0. Waiting...
My visit to Dr Crossman was a very worthwhile one - although I would want to have one like it
every week, but the efficiency, know-how, courtesy and kind mannerisms of everyone there
make the visit top notch and bearable. Of course, that outcome is what is what is most important and, by today (the day after), I am feeling quite fine and am very pleased that I am not reeling in pain or anything even remotely like it! My sleep last night was totally normal and I hope for the best for the rest of my "recuperation".
Many thanks to you Dr. Crossman and to you, Cheryl, a most able, knowledgeable and charming technician.
All the best as all of you continue your service to many folks like me!
Enjoy these better wonderful days!
