I was anxious about deep cleaning below the gum line but the topical numbing solution blocked any discomfort. My hygienist Kelly was great and very nice.

Good day, I'll do the classic sandwich debrief on my experience with Ottawa West Periodontics (Good, Bad and Good Points).

The staff when I arrived where warm, polite, helpful and professional.

My examination report was never sent to to Dr. Wendy Chung's office, despite my calling her office and finding they hadn't received it yet. The receptionist was supposed to call you and if she did, this could very well mean the ball was dropped twice.

Finally you did send my bill for the examination to Sun Life and I've since received a check from them.
