Dr. Rodriguez was very thorough and took time to answer all of my questions and provide explanations to me about the exam and the health of my eyes. He was down-to-Earth, easy to talk to, and knowledgable. I will definitely recommend him to others.

The staff at Family Eye Care were efficient and friendly. They are very knowledgeable about their products and show great concern that their customers are satisfied with the glasses they purchase. The optometrist and staff were very patient in answering all of my questions in "lay-man" terms and therefore I was confident in my decisions in regard to the choice of frames, lens options, and future eye examines.

Dr. Rodriguez was very cordial, professional, his instructions were clear and explained what he was doing. The staff was nice and helpful on ordering my prescription glasses and going over billing and insurance coverage.

Both the staff and Dr. were very upbeat, friendly, and caring. They know a lot of the patients by name, which shows that they care to take the time to get to know their patients. The Dr. was also very nice during the appointment and showed compassion knowing that the eye exam is not the most comfortable thing to go through.

I had a 1:30 pm appointment and arrived at 1:20 pm.for a so-called 10 min test.

Just having a 30 min.,lunch break I thought "no problem"

At 1:50 pm I was taken to the back and given drops for the eyes and told to wait in the waiting room for 3 min.

At 2:00 they asked me if my eyes were dilated and blurred. I informed them NO and my time was up.

The one lady said"done so soon"and I replied wasn't even seen,
