My daughter came in for her first dental check up and she felt so comfortable with Dr. Karina. My daughter had a warm welcome with her name on the chalkboard. Staff is very friendly and the office is very nice and caters to the children with a nice play area. My daughter had a wonderful experience and enjoyed getting coins to pick a prize. Amazing place for children.

This practice is amazing. They take their time explaining procedures to the kids and are top in their field. We are thankful we found this place.

Dr. Cristina and Vanessa are an amazing team. They work really well with my daughter to lower her anxiety and fear, all the while doing what needs to be done. Best day ever was when I heard about Newington Children's Dentistry!

Your dental office is one of the most friendly offices I've ever been to, thank you for making my sons cavity filling appointments seriously a breeze!

I have one positive- the staff was nice and tolerant of a very upset 2 year old.

However, consultation with the doctor was after brushing and flossing while my daughter was very angry. I could barely hear the doctor amongst her cries. It would have been better to meet with the doc first to discuss things, especially since this was a first time visit. She also wasn't much in line with more natural and alternative approaches which is very important to my family.

My other frustration was that I was told on the phone that my cost for everything would be $180 with a discount if I paid in full. I denied the fluoride treatment, still was charged $180 (I did point out I didn't have the treatment to the receptionist) and no discount since that was cash only (which hadn't been expressed on the phone).

I also felt horrible that this was an open room with 3 chairs, no privacy and another girl had to listen to my toddler cries and screams during her visit. It may have served better if there was a more private space. I definitely saw the anxiety in that poor mom next to me that felt for me. Not a pleasant visit for anyone in close proximity. . I apologized afterward.

I was very disappointed and will not return here. I assumed that the high price I would pay would be worth the bells and whistles of a kid friendly place but there wasn't even play food for the play kitchen in the waiting room. I could have taken her anywhere for $60-$80 less. I also know if I wasn't self pay, my insurance would never pay that amount. They brushed, flossed, gave me a nice magnet, gave me a quick consult and my daughter got some stickers and a new toothbrush. I was very dissatisfied. My 2 year old daughter now uses words like scared, crying when talking about the dentist.

We always have such great visits with NCD! My kids are 4 & 2 and have been going to NCD since they were each 1. We really LOVE the staff especially Chrissy and they really look forward to seeing her!! It's such a great feeling when your children actually look forward to going to the dentist! Thank you so much NCD! We are so happy we found you!!
