From A to Z, my service experience with Overseas Service Haus was excellent. After speaking to Roy, who is friendly and professional, I was able to quickly book an appointment for my Audi. Once the assessment was complete, I received an email with details and estimate to repair within a few hours. What I loved the most is, there was no hard sell or up-selling for unneeded repairs. I was able to ask questions and authorize the repair work via email or phone call. The work was completed the next day and has made a tremendous difference. I love the detailed warranty explanation on the work order and 100% satisfied with the cost and quality of the repair work. You have earned a repeat and loyal customer, Keep up the good work.
