Dr. Mackelprang is one of the best healthcare professionals I've been associated with. He's extremely conscientious, thorough, and detail oriented. He always makes the time to explain what he's doing and why without being condescending. He seems to really enjoy his job. I've recommended several friends and family members to OV Eyecare because of Dr. Mackelprang.

OV Eyecare always has the latest technology and is up-to-date on the latest research. All of the staff are professional and caring. OV Eyecare is a premium, one stop, health care provider and consequently charges somewhat of a premium. They've recently begun charging a credit card surcharge which feels a little greedy.

Everyone was kind and professional. Dr. Mitchell took his time talking and explaining everything to me. I was not rushed through my appointment. It was brought to my attention that I need lutein in my diet , I thank you for bringing it to my attention. My daily vitamins do not have this in it so I will be adding them to my diet. This office is great. Everyone is nice and explains meverything well. I had Dr Andrew Mackelprang. He was fabulous! Goes above and beyond. I was getting a refraction and my family doctor wanted him to look for signs of a TIA. He took care of all of it and gave me reassurance I was ok and sent repot to my family dr. I highly recommend this office. They are the best. Very comfortable to be in their office. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Dr Mickelprang is just the best.
