Staff is always friendly and courteous. They present the items needing attention but exert no pressure to do any of them. They advise on the seriousness of the issue and provide the costs so I can decide what to do when. I have never encountered them "suddenly" finding something new. As expected, most times there are no items other than oil change.
They have been my primary mechanic for 10 years and my cars have responded well (one has over 210000 miles).
