Okay, I'm going to tell the truth here. I've been going here for many years and have had at least 4 different doctors give me an annual routine eye exam. Everyone is polite but no one knows me or remembers my name. This includes the desk staff, the people who help choose and fit new frames, the eye test technicians and the doctors.
The frames are very expensive, very conservative and generally lacking in style. Samples are never offered as they are in other doctor and dentist offices that I frequent. No eye drops, lens cleaning fluids and cloths, for example. I had a red eye for many months. The doctor said it was from dry eyes and I was sold a kit with eye cleanser, a heating mask and omega 3's for a very high price. A few weeks later my primary care doctor took one look and prescribed an eye drop for bacterial infection. It's been clear ever since.
I think I continue to be a patient and client because it's convenient but I'm definitely looking around.
