I am very sorry you had such a poor experience on your visits here. We try very hard to make sure our customers are happy and all work is done properly. Our mechanics continually take training classes to stay up to date on proper vehicle maintenance and repair.
I would like very much to speak with you about your experience to learn exactly what happened and how I can fix it.

Just had my car checked over for its 99000. They did a through job and I am very happy with their service. I know some service people can find "problems" where they don't exist but this Pacific Heights Chevon are completely honest. The manager said they found no problems and he even changed the cooling system with no charge. .
they have always done a good job for me, and if it is a problem case, they stick with it, and do not talk down to me (a woman) They go out of their way to make your visit special. I just wish they were open on Saturdays.
This visit with the hygienist did not live up to your high standards nor with my past experiences with other hygienists in your office. She seemed inexperienced and the only term I can think of is "sloppy." I asked for the nitro when she brought me into the exam room and was told, "No, we are not doing that today." I asked if there was any reason why not and she did then go and ask somebody. Eventually, I was hooked up, although I had the feeling she was not quite sure what she was doing. At one point, I felt like to confessing to all crimes because I was swallowing more water than she was being pulled out by the tube...sort of like waterboarding. In all seriousness, I adore Dr. Coi and the fact that I can bring Leila. I love the office and everyone in it, except my last hygienist. If she is still there for my next visit, please do not schedule me with her.
