Although the doctors run very late, sometimes more than an hour, the care is exceptional.

I am grateful to be Dr Pham’s patient. I trust him.
Staff is efficient. I often ‘enjoy’ his professional interaction with them during exam.
The phone system is not the best. I left a message after a hard fall and did not get a call back. They say there’s no record. I called a few weeks later, knowing Dr P needed to know my status, and was able to get in in the morning. Not easy for me (no car) but I was able to see him. Grateful, I can see how busy he is.

The wait time in the lobby Was ridiculous. Several patients complained. The doctor wasn't even in the room 3 minutes. When I 1st started going there I thought this place was amazing I've been a patient for several years. The last 2 times I've been disappointed. Front desk staff never smiled Tone in their voice was Like they could care last I was even here. The technician that roomed me was very nice she was very attentive very kind That was the only positive thing of my visit.

We were new patients so there was lots of paperwork to do, but it was professionally handled. The wait time was about 15 minutes. The technician was a adequately patient with my mother who has a very hard time and fitting into the devices needed to check her eyes. The doctor was professional but a bit curt.
