I arrived prior to my appt time, the office seemed empty. Could not see two at reception and they could not see me. After several minutes, I got one person's attention. Med side checked me in for appt gave mea clipboard to fill out forms d took a call. She never acknowledged me again and I just sat down in waiting area. Dr called me a day later with test results. I am looking for new Dr. Won't go back. I loved my experience with Dr. Taylor, not this office
