Hello Eye Guys , who thought it was a good idea to use a JACK O'LANTERN as an eye target during the operation . I think it gives the impression of being unprofessional . Just my opinion . Trick or treat ?
Apologies for any confusion on the operating microscope light which utilizes a triangle of three lights as engineered by the surgical companies to help with best alignment for orientation during surgery. We do not have the engineering capability to alter the three light configuration and would not do so. There is no alteration artificially or by the company that we are aware of as it relates to this.

Everyone I interfaced with was friendly, professional and efficient.
My medical experience was great, but the staff experience was terrible. I was diagnosed and a prescription was provided with the staff indicating that the prescription could be picked up at my pharmacy. But two trips to the pharmacy were futile. The prescription was never sent. The second call was made to the Office and they said I would be notified when the prescription was sent. I have not been notified and it is three days since my visit. This is not acceptable. Unprofessional. Will not return to Nortwest Eye Associiates or recommend them. Shortness of staff is no excuse. Admit fewer clients if that is the problem.
