I have a spasm around my right eye for four months. I thought I was making an appointment with an Eye Doctor not optometrist. My first appointment with Dr. Jung and assistance. I had to ask their names, no introductions. I had already asked two optometrists and an endocrinologists. I waited weeks for this appt. Then they did not understand I was there for my eye that is spasming several times a day and while I was there.

Before meeting me, Dr, Jung-hard J-I had to ask-came in diagnosing the wrong thing with a printout based on an answer I gave the tech.

I said no, I am here for a spasm in my right eye. Something is not right. No pain.

He handed me two sheets of paper and said get a blood test and made an appointment for two months.

One, when I asked as the tech ushered me out, was an unidentifiable request for the blood test. I would have scrapped it if I had not asked.

No one asked about blindness or eye disease in my family-but they ask all the routine medical questions. I guess eye disease is not hereditary as my grandpa was blind in both eyes, mom, his daughter, had eye disease.

I felt disinterest. I may not be in the correct office.
