It was my second time personally visiting after several appointment dates were changed via your Customer service representatives.
I was really expecting to see Paediatric Specialist, Dr. Erica Gordon-Veitch, CD.. However, I got a call from Customer service that she was unavailable.
So, I had to do the walk in on Saturday. Honestly, I cannot recall being formally introduced to my son's dentist. My son did two extractions on Saturday, January 8th, 2022, at first glance it was an effortless experience. I will say this, the female dentist was pleasant.
While I was offered to set another appointment date for my son's other extractions.I was not proactively offered a school sick leave. That gesture would have been appreciated.
PS. A sanitation worker is needed in the waiting area for the seats that being utilized.
