I am really happy with my experience. The doctors and nurses were top notch. The office manager was amazing and super helpful. They were able to get me an appointment asap after I was diagnosed with covid. I’m back to normal and very thankful.

I will appreciate if you are more respectful with people time. My appointment was a 7:30am. I received a text to arrive 15min early and the office not open until 7:30am. My visit was for blood test only. You did not call me until 8:10. I understand it will be some waiting time but 40min it was too much. I was late at work.

I was told it would take 10-15mins for my blood work. So I scheduled an appointment during my lunch hour. I was in the waiting room for an hour thus I did not have a lunch hour I had an hour to sit in the doctor office. I am typically patient with Page but I was disappointed at the communication. When I went back there was only one phlebotomist so I understood the wait but I would have scheduled a different time if I knew the wait time.

The exam appeared thorough with the x-rays and scans that were taken. His nurse seemed knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. She pretty much completed the entirety of the exam. Dr Bernstein reviewed the x-rays, performed some hands on and diagnosed me quickly but did not explain nor educate. I asked how he came to his diagnosis and was not thorough at all, I wasn’t convinced. Upon leaving I was charged $150 telling me my ins did not cover the visit nor the required appliances. None of this had been explained to me prior to the exam. When i requested an itemized bill with the required information for my insurance company it took several attempts before I received part of what I requested and was treated as though I were wasting there time and no longer a customer. When I texted them, per their request, that my ins does cover the visit and the appliances and to please resubmit, I never heard back. The customer service and lack of information both for my ins coverage and diagnosis keep me from returning and recommending them.
